People should not have to navigate behavioral-health and community-support systems alone.
Community Day of Hope brings information, organizations, education, and conversation into one accessible community event.
When resources, education, and people come together, hope becomes easier to find.
Meet organizations offering mental-health, recovery, housing, and family-support information.
Presentations and conversations on mental-health awareness, recovery, and help-seeking.
Stress management, mindfulness, movement, and creative expression.
Arts and crafts, games, and family-friendly learning opportunities.
The current event date, time, and location will be posted here once announced.
Planning is underway for the next StrongSteps Community Day of Hope.
