People rarely experience behavioral-health challenges in isolation from everything else happening in their lives. Someone may be navigating recovery, housing, benefits, transportation and family responsibilities all at once.
Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, strengths-based, peer-informed, and community-focused.
When appropriate, we work alongside providers to help individuals address barriers, build skills, strengthen natural supports, and pursue personally meaningful goals.
