PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Support for Where You Are, and Where You Want to Go.

Life doesn’t come one challenge at a time, and support shouldn’t either. StrongSteps offers three programs that work together to help you find resources, build stability and get covered, so you can focus on what matters to you.

Support That Starts With the Person

Everyone's situation is different. Your goals, your strengths and what you need right now are your own, and that's where we start. You don't need to know which program you need before reaching out. Tell us what's going on, and we'll help you figure out where to begin.

What We Can Help With

Our three programs work together, so whatever you're facing, there's a place to start. Here's what we can help with, and which programs make it happen.

Community Support

Sometimes what helps most is a steady hand with everyday life: building routines, staying connected to your community, preparing for appointments and working toward your own goals. Our peer staff walk alongside you, and our navigation team helps connect you with anything else you need. Through:

Care Coordination

When you're working with several providers, programs or systems, it's easy for things to fall through the cracks. We help you understand your options, prepare questions, connect the pieces and get the coverage that makes care possible. Through:

Community Navigation

Behavioral health, housing, benefits and healthcare systems can be hard to figure out. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll help you find the right resource and know who to call next. Through:

Transition Support

Coming home from a hospital stay, finishing a program, moving or losing coverage can all leave gaps in support. We help you plan for what's next, reconnect with your community and keep your health coverage in place. Through:

Youth & Young Adults

Young people and the families supporting them deserve help that fits their stage of life. We connect families with youth and family resources and help them get covered through programs like Child Health Plus. Through:

Peer & Recovery Support

There's real power in talking with someone who understands. Our peer staff use their own lived experience to offer encouragement, hope and practical support as you define what recovery looks like for you. Through:

Housing & Basic Needs

It's hard to focus on anything else when you're worried about where you'll sleep or what you'll eat. We help you find housing resources, food and everyday essentials, and build the stability to keep moving forward. We don't provide housing placement or financial assistance directly, but we'll help you find who does. Through:

Not Sure Where You Fit?

That's completely okay. Most people who reach out aren't sure which program is right for them. Answer three quick questions and we'll point you to a starting point, or just give us a call and we'll figure it out together.

Getting Started Doesn't Have to Be Complicated.
