STEPS TOWARD HOPE 5K

Every Step Moves Hope Forward.

Supporting Mental Health. Strengthening Communities. Steps Toward Hope 5K brings individuals, families, friends, businesses, organizations, and communities together to walk, run, raise awareness, and support the mission of StrongSteps Behavioral Health Foundation.

More Than a 5K

Steps Toward Hope is a signature StrongSteps community event bringing people together in support of mental health, hope, recovery, connection, and stronger communities.

Some walk for themselves. Some run for someone they love. Some participate in honor of a person who changed their life, or in memory of someone they have lost.

Whatever brings you to the starting line, you belong here. One community. Many stories. Thousands of steps toward hope.
