COMMUNITY RESOURCE NAVIGATION

Finding the Right Support Shouldn't Be Another Challenge.

StrongSteps community resource navigation is designed for different needs and circumstances. You do not need to understand every requirement before reaching out.

Help Understanding What Options May Be Available

Behavioral-health, healthcare, benefits, housing, recovery, and social-service systems can be difficult to navigate. People may be asked to contact several organizations, complete different applications, or understand programs they have never heard of before.

StrongSteps Community Resource Navigation provides a starting point. Our team can listen to what someone is looking for, help identify possible resources, and explain where they may want to turn next.

You do not need to know the name of a program or organization before contacting us.
